KyberStream User License Agreement

Please read these terms carefully before installing or using KyberStream.

This User License Agreement ("Agreement") is between you and KyberFlow Labs ("KyberFlow Labs," "we," "us," or "our") and governs your use of KyberStream, including free and paid tiers.

Last updated: May 8, 2026

Grant of License

Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, KyberFlow Labs grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use KyberStream for lawful business or personal purposes.

You may not sublicense, reverse engineer, or use KyberStream in a way that violates applicable law, platform policy, or the rights of others.

Subscription Tiers

KyberStream may be offered in Core (free), Plus, and Max tiers. Features vary by tier and may include usage limits.

  • Core: free tier with reduced feature limits.
  • Plus and Max: paid tiers requiring active subscription verification.
  • Tier limits and features can change as described in the product and support pages.

Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use KyberStream to:

  • Break laws or violate third-party terms of service.
  • Bypass authentication, security controls, rate limits, or access restrictions.
  • Perform credential stuffing, account takeover, or unauthorized access attempts.
  • Exfiltrate, scrape, or export data you are not authorized to access.
  • Circumvent paywalls or similar controls.

You are responsible for workflows you create and run, including compliance obligations for any site or system you automate.

Third-Party Services and AI Providers

KyberStream can connect to third-party services and AI providers, including OpenAI-compatible providers, Anthropic, and Google Gemini. Your use of these services is governed by their own terms, privacy policies, and billing rules.

We are not responsible for third-party service availability, policy changes, output quality, or charges incurred through your account.

  • Subscription verification may include account or entitlement identifiers and authorization tokens.
  • AI features may send selected page context and your instructions to your configured AI provider.
  • You are responsible for ensuring you have rights to process any data you submit through KyberStream.

By using KyberStream, you acknowledge this processing. For questions about data handling, contact us at support@kyberflowlabs.com.

For full privacy terms, see the KyberStream Privacy Policy.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, KyberFlow Labs will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenues, data, goodwill, or business opportunities, arising from your use of KyberStream.

KyberFlow Labs is not responsible for penalties, account restrictions, or other actions taken by third-party services due to your automation activities.
